You guys put too much focus on the number on the scales.
Unless you’re looking to get into a weight category for a sport, or you’re dangerously overweight.
Weight is a poor reflection of how you’re doing.
If you want energy, confidence and to look amazing naked:
Assess how your clothes feel.
Are you down a belt buckle or are your clothes fitting well?
Take some pics in the mirror, take them again weeks later, do you still cringe?
Or review your training log.
Is the weight on the bar increasing, or are you treading water?
If the number on the scales is the only thing that’s changed.
You may be lighter, but you’ll probably still be unhappy with the result.
